My single Wicket just arrived from Germany (never happened this early before - seems faster than most that ordered direct from HK. Wonder why that is).
His fur looks perfect. Much darker and more weathered than I thought it would. The photo comes out whiter than in hand.
Lovely little fella, but I think that HT has been doing short cuts on the accessories lately. The paint work on the spear and drumsticks aren?t very good and the base should definitely have been a full diorama base imo.

As I said nicely weathered:

I really hope they?ll do more Ewoks!

My single Wicket figure was finally posted from Toys buying agent on the 2nd of this month, air mail has started again.
Would have posted this when it did ship but I wasn't registered then, noob.
I'll let you know when it arrives to the UK.

Looks great slik! I agree about the accessories lately too. I'll probably have to do something about the branding on the bottom of his feet.

I didn?t get anything about the 2 pack. I actually called customer service about the 2 pack. They said they should be in soon, but no ETA as of yet. Hard to believe this is the last ot (not counting the fett and Vader) for a very long time.

Two-pack arrived today from ToysBuyingAgent. Pretty happy with it to be honest, glad I didn't pass up on it just because of the joints on Leia, still going to fiddle around with the posing to hide them a bit better but all in all a good set.

Alter Ego sent out an email saying the single Leia was coming July 23. I'd ordered the double pack from them, so waiting to hopefully hear about that.

I agree and I thought for sure I'd be one and done and perfectly happy with Wicket. If they could pull off a Logray and Chief Chirpa at this level, that'd be something!

I'd absolutely buy an ewok 2 pack if they make one.

Nice score, Slikk! It's a really nice figure. Mine from PC seems like it's still a month away.

He still has a touch of that "plush Wicket from Disney store" vibe but much less than I thought when the first pics hit, and maybe the extra coloring on the face is helping. I'm hoping that having him in-hand will be love at first sight and erase any of that plush vibe.

But yeah, more Ewoks would be really cool but I can't see it happening - there are no other ewoks that really stood out or became iconic (if you can call an Ewok iconic) the way Wicket did. All the Kenner ewoks done as HT figs I'd buy but really not sure most collectors would move beyond Wicket.

I think Logray and Teebo would sell, their unique looks are pretty memorable and cool. But they aren't as iconic as Wicket and the complexity of their fur and attire probably means they would cost more than Wicket, which is a problem. I would pay over $400 for a two pack of them.

Yeah, they're iconic enough that Teebo is going to be first Ewok in the Black Series that Hasbro made, so they're at least doing two with Wicket, but I'm hoping for Logray also.
