I've bought them all and haven't regretted any of them.
Alien 3 and big chap look like ass. So does the predalien. Aliens look like ass and their knees break SO EASILY. Grid and regular Alien Warrior look ok, but they are not "screen accurate" nor have 50% of them got the ability to stand up under the power of their own knees. They are all riddled with rubber issues.

I don't think Sabres cares about how they look. He just takes them as what they are: interpretations, and enjoys them as such.
I kinda cringe every time I look at the ones I own (except the AvP one), but in the end I accept them as nifty toys, not really accurate collectibles.
The breakage issues are the most worrying part.

Finally just seen Prometheus & I loved it without expecting to. I said I'll never buy a HT figure again apart from Predators but I'll definitely make an exception for an Engineer.

I have enjoyed all the hot toys aliens I have so far, they could use a little work in the quality control department. Especially in the key joints areas.

As far as likeness goes , there are small differences but overall I still think they're pretty good.

Oddly I never hear anyone complain about the Beserker predators little bitty head that looks nothing like the film- in which he had a massive dome. I just leave mine masked. sigh.

Agreed. And I wonder if we'll be able to remove her space suite for a Shaw's baby scene? For an exclusive, she could come with that squid thingy. :balrog

I am scared for any extras with hot toys , they will add 50 to 100$ to the total if there is extras. But i have decided to buy all the Prometheus figures

:impatient: Where are our Prometheus updates?

I am really hoping for a David in his grey outfit, or is it green? Either way i want it!

One could dream , but my dream will be the engineer

If they do do an Engineer, it will definitely be a ridiculous price like the Jake Sully and the Hulk. If they had better pricing i would also be excited for an Engineer figure.:panic:

There was an H.R. Giger toy chair made a while ago. I saw it on eBay. Not sure if it is 1/6 scale, but maybe it could help you out in some way.:dunno
