So, admittedly, after much deliberation, I've finally watched the Star Wars original trilogy!! For the first time!! It's epic!!!

(Apologies, I wanted to post here too since this QS DV is my definitive SW piece in the collection, and it makes me appreciate this figure even more.)

May I ask how old you are, Zurdo95D? I'm trying to wrap my head around watching it for the first time outside of childhood. Did the dated special effects take you out of it at all? Have you seen Rogue One yet?

. QS is a bit overwhelming. I?m a bit awe-struck.

Discovered his left tusk was broken off. But I dug around in his packaging and found it. Glued it back on. Easy fix.

Now... where/how to display him

Congrats...I never tire of looking at this great piece...just put him on the shelf and wallow in it's majesty :)

I?m glad you did! Happy you enjoyed watching it.

Most definitely! Thank you again for the recommendation! :wave

Well, I'm about half a decade younger than Ms. Larson, lol So yeah the OT was well before my time, and I grew up with superhero comics, mostly Marvel and DC. Actually, I thought the special effects and practical effects/set pieces hold up for the most part given the time it was made, however probably the ROTJ bike speeder fight seemed a bit off putting; I really liked the space ships and how they looked in outer space, especially the scale of the massive Death Star and Star Destroyers. Haven't seen RO yet, still letting this OT sink in haha

I'm just going to assume you measure everything in life by Brie Larsons.

"What is the ideal size you're looking for in a living room, Zurdo?"

"About 3 x 5 Larsons."

or

"How big of a cake would you like to order?"

"About 1/5 a Larson."

?You haven?t heard of the Millennium Falcon? It?s the ship that made the Kessel Run in less than twelve Larson?s!?

May the Larson be with you!
Help me, Larson. You’re my only hope.
Why, you stuck-up, half-witted, scruffy-looking Larson!
I find your lack of Larson disturbing

Holy Larson!

Without a doubt this is the most aesthetic Darth Vader figure on the market. The accuracy on the mask, the cape and whole outfit really is just out of this world. I couldn’t be happier with the menacing look this figure has even without posing it

Great photos mate. To make this look even more movie accurate put the collar of the cape inside of the helmet. Looks amazing like that but up to you ofc. Still looks amazing either way

Has anyone had any pleather flaking issues with this figure yet? Hasn’t happened to mine but I live in Sydney Australia and it’s happened to my old t-800 figure in the past and I’m worried the same will happen to this figure overtime

Not yet, it is fine for now

VADER 1:4 scale is the BOSS! ...exact same pose I have him in...looking ever slightly upward...planning his next "Human Resources Feed-Back session to his Generals..."

Is it just me or does the Vader and Fett look like “close to real” as i have seen. Mando def looks like a figure/toy.
