You also see Bob Morton and other execs standing behind him when he does the final gun twirl to put the Auto-9 away in his holster. Reused footage.

And when ED fires off one of its missile at Robo, you can see it traveling down a line.

I don't mind, though. To me, the movie is perfect despite its imperfections.

And then **** Jones death always looked fake as hell, even back in the day.

Doesn't matter though, still one of my all time favorites. Like you said, perfect. So far, this is my most anticipated figure.

Yeah, Hans Gruber's death > **** Jone's death.

Just saw it again a few days ago, I can't believe the guys who wrote 1987 RoboCop wrote the abomination known as 2014 RoboCop. But I don't know if they acted in the same capacity or were just consultants, tidied it up.

Whither 1987 RoboCop nowadays? The knowing satire played really well in the Reagan '80s, but with all of the cynicism of the past decade, 15 years, it may just be too quaint for modern tastes.

You looking forward to MurphyCop more than Returns Batman? A big, wet solitary tear runs down Michael Keaton's cheek. :lol

Edward Neumeier and Michael Miner had nothing to do with Robocop 2014. They were just given credit since their original 1987 screenplay for Robocop was the source this reboot was based on. Nothing more.

Right now, I'm anticipating BD Murphy more than Returns Batman, yes. While it was nice seeing Batman Returns features at these shows, Hot Toys hasn't really given us a nice look at the whole figure or what it brings. This guy? We got the whole package. The Cobra rifle, the baby food, it's all there. Now specs/pics for Returns Batman could change this, especially if they give us a Bruce Wayne Keaton portrait that rivals this Weller one. For the time being though, bases on what we've seen? I'm going with Robocop.

Aight, that makes sense. If I were either of them, I wouldn't want the credit. The caish, on the other hand....

I've got a feeling the Batman Returns is going to be a really impressive piece. Seeing photos of that, and BD Robo, at SDCC and on this board was mah-velous.

yeah really why couldn't they just use the real dyck jones for the falling death scene or a double? That so called puppet
looked nothing like him :lol

Yeah, Hans Gruber's death > **** Jone's death.

Totally - those flailing Gibbon arms!!! :lol

Regarding Keaton Returns; I only really wanted to see the prototype, not buying though.

Huge Burton fan, but gotta spread the budget sensibly these days. RoboMurphy is a HIGH priority, & HT have basically fulfilled my wishes with the 89 Keaton anyway.
