My Robo display (for now). Ed 209 is right below haha.
Absolutely love all three figures. The two pack really has a wow factor with the likenesses. Just an amazing job. I think it will be a figure of the year.

Right on dudes! Here's a few initial set up pics that I took with my I-Phone. Please excuse the quality, as my excitement completely took over!



I realize the jar holding pose looks more like an offering of sorts, but I don't wanna put too much of a bend in the elbow joints, due to it's rubbery nature.

Finally got my BD Robo and it's a beaut! Love the detail from top to bottom. Pretty fascinating to look at. As good as Murphy turned out, glad I didn't pick him up. BD, clean and ED is all the RC I'll ever need.

Finally took the time to unbox this, I must say that this is without question Hot Toys best figure ever and I do mean ever, just freaking incredible to the point where words can't express how awesome this figure is, truly worthy of the term Masterpiece

Figure is looking pretty good from what I can see on here, although I gotta say the way the blood was painted on just looks distractingly bad to me (particularly on the chest). I think I'd try to darken it at the very least, if I were to get one of these.

And I know it was probably already discussed to death, but what's up with HT painting the torso and gloves dark gray instead of black like on the first Robo figure? I checked out images from the end of the movie again, and it certainly looks like they should be black...

Opened the set today and am blown away by BD Robocop. Murphy is good but could have been tweaked a bit to be better. Still glad I got the set since I'm sure there will never be another Murphy figure made. Haven't taken any pics yet but I'll try to get some this weekend.

Yeah man, if you can't get excited for this piece than you might as well quit collecting, this is as good as it gets at this point in time, this figure kicks major ass

To avoid taking away credit from the other brilliant HT figures, I think I would not say it is Hottoys' best ever figure although I'm so much a Robo fan (that I used to walk like Robo for a while when I first saw the movie as a kid... ) But man... This thing does stands out a lot!!! It just look Robo Murphy alike in all possible angle!!! And the accessories are nicely picked to enhance displaying with the story line...

I think one of the reason it stand out so much, is Robo Murphy mainly shows kind of "emotion-less" in the movie when he was in this Battle Damaged state, so that we are more used to this facial expression and hence, less conflict to our memory from the movie...

I´m pumped even more now, getting this set today (if my neighbor is their to accept it for me, otherwise monday) and being able to look at it myself.
Yesterday a sci-fi docu was running on cable, which, when I tuned in got Paul, Peter and Ed talk about Murphy and that resurrection concept.
I really thought "how much more fitting can this get?"
So, yeah...I guess me and Eisselmann (got the same supplier) are in for a treat and jump and jump on that "masterpiece-train" together too.
