Do they explain his puffy leather diaper in the movie?

No they don't. I really don't think they researched the ANH Vader costume very much at all for this movie. Something so basic? Surely they would have known that fans would be picking the thing apart.

They did the robe correctly at least. That's something where HT failed.

I think they completely redid part of the Vader stuff with the reshoots which explains the inconsistency.

Nothing like some naked Vader to get you in the mood...

Movie was beyond amazing! Lord Vader makes the most of his screen time. And James Earl Jones rocks!

Star war fans jimmies rustle very easy.

Yea, because it's impossible to put the tunic over the armor on your doll. :slap

Didn't someone say it's super difficult to get the chest armor and tunic off to swap them? I thought they said it was glued or something, and the inner tunic has a pleats-type set-up that may not work over the armor.

Has anyone actually swapped it to tunic over chest armor as yet?

I thought they said afterwards it was strong Velcro.

But I may have missed something.

If you guys would stop obsessing and freaking out over minute details, you'd see someone ONE page back put the robes over the armor.
