I'd get this in a heartbeat, it looks great. Best 1:6 Vader so far I think. Never liked the Sideshow gigantic grill one.



Reason I'm holding out is that I'd want a hot toys ESB/ROTJ Vader.. this figure is making it hard to stay on the fence tho, I think its the first time ever someones gotten the helmet and facemask both right at this scale.

Yeah, I've been waiting for an ESB/ROTJ Vader all this time. I passed on the Sideshow version for the same reason, the mask just doesn't look right. I was content to wait for an ESB Vader until this came along, got the glossy armor like I want.

It'll probably be another two years before the next Vader is announced so do I want to be Vader-less for those 2+ years or get this one now? That shiny helmet made the decision easy. Just hope it comes back in stock.

Unless of course the better RO "Battle" Vader is next, with tunic over the shoulder armor, light-up saber and magnetic force power!

That's exactly why I didn't hesitate and ordered this right now. Tomorrow isn't promised. I don't see how people can wait for another version when each iteration takes years to come out.

Plus, I've been selling my older Vader's for the newer ones ever since the very first Sideshow one about 9 years ago and I've never lost money. For this version of Vader, I was able to sell my ANH one for $320 so I came out happily.

However, if he's just a total beast in this film and ends up being my favorite portrayal of him (even over ESB), I fear I may want this figure in addition to my ANH Vader.

If anyone's thinking about this one I'd probably jump on the waitlist. At least you'll be in line and if it does convert and you change your mind, you can cancel before it fully becomes an order. After watching the movie I'm really glad I pre-ordered.

Holy**** I'm glad I got this wow Vader is so badass in the movie for when he's on screen. The last few minutes of the movie = OMG

So guess he better have more gear no what I mean.
