That's the best picture I've seen of it this far. As has been mentioned, lighting does make a vast difference. I would agree the closest expression it comes to is when Luke and Vader crossed blades right in front of him and he was cackling. However, as others have mentioned, there's something about the face or the expression that doesn't look quite maniacal enough.
He resembles Darth Sidious in RotS a bit more to me than he does The Emperor in RotJ.

But agree the actual expression is not maniacal enough. Looks like someone froze a smile on him.

I still don't like that the headsculpt appears to be a ROTJ/ROTS hybrid. Do it right or go home.
It's the eyes....the pupils are way too small....the contacts he was wearing made his Irises huge....
That's a pretty big error ....
Along with the jaw way to strong and square.

The head sculpt/expression still needs more tweaking but this may be the final go. I will be picking this up either way.
