Re: Hot Toys – SDCC 2012 Ex - Captain America TFA: Captain America Rescue Version

I don´t have the longer pegs... I get the very first batch of figures, and they don´t have pegs.

I happilly accept a donation, if any of you feel "good" today...

Or you could try contacting SS Customer Service. They may have some to spare too.

man this figure has me at a bind, some pics of it look amazing and others look nothing like Evans, its definitly a tough call, I wouldn't even be having this problem if it wasn't for the fact I'm such a big fan of Cap

It's the angle and lightning that makes it look off in some shots. I have it in hand, it looks great. 90% accurate I'd say. My biggest problem with the headsculpt is that it's neckless. It's not that noticeable with the helmet on which is how I intend to keep it posed.

Re: Hot Toys – SDCC 2012 Ex - Captain America TFA: Captain America Rescue Version

Personally I'm never a HUGE fan of an accurate likeness to the figure...simply cuz the characters are often a gazillion times larger than the actors will ever be.

I think it's cool n all but I appreciate it being off slightly in the figure...and ultra high likeness isn't a deal breaker.

I took some shots lastnight messing around with likeness thing. It's kinda meh...as I could care less about Chris Evans.

No helm pics:

Can someone post a pic of what the ankle pegs look like? I want to order some from Evilbay, but I want to make sure I'm buying the right thing...my TFA Cap is too short :monkey2

Am I the only one confused as to how to properly attach his knife sheath?

Take off the boot, slide it up his leg, tie the bottom string around his ankle. ignore the metal clip, it's there as an option to attach to his harness kinda like the pistol holster.
