I would have bought one if the costume looked better. The film itself doesn't always matter to me but the design of the figure itself. The opposite holds true also. I loved the Dark Knight as a movie, but never cared for the look of Batman in the armored rubber suit look. I did buy Joker though. Great visual.

People bought Predator and Alien figures based on the flat out awful Predators vs Aliens movies.

Daredevil is hardly the worst film made and the Marvel character / movie suit design peaks my interest enough to want a figure.

Yes it does.
A whole subplot was completely removed from the theatrical version.
Also the film feels less rushed and makes more sense. The cheesy Log fire Love scene has also been removed. There is more emphasis on Murdock's catholic background, and Foggy Nelson gets much more to do rather than being just a comedy sidekick.

I don't know if i would want to see him right now and have him add to the already increasing amounts of pre-orders or have him shown much later on when the pressure is off ...then again when is the pressure really off in this hobby?

I think the suit will be made of rubber with raised webbing, unlke the cheapo medicom spiderman 3 version....but that will definitely limit his poseabilty.

Why would they make it out of rubber. His suit wasnt rubber in the film. More of a cloth material with the silicon webbing. Im sure HT will get it as close to the film as possible. I remember a custom on ebay months ago and the customizer used cloth with the printed scale pattern on it and somehow created rubber webbing. Looked really nice.

I pray it's not rubber... Sacrificing articulation in anyway is unacceptable for Spidey.

Ya ..spidey i'm sure will pretty much have no accessory so having him properly articulated is a must!
