Yupp best screenplay ever :lol

And "always two there are."... which is not really true because the 2nd guy always has his own apprentice (like Asajj), so its really 3... but then there's "guys you train in Jedi arts" like Grievous but who don't get the red sabers... so .... what's the count?

Well the idea is the 2nd guy's apprentice is in line so they can both kill the master and continue the cycle. Ideally, if Sidious was ever gone, Asajj would look for an apprentice to kill dooku lol.

And grievous... is pretty much just a weapon. Hes never considered an apprentice.

Pretty lame arrangement. But it goes along with Midichlorians and the rest.

Hmm I guess they should just be strong enough to kill the master on their own. Like plagueis and sidious were able to. Then go find an apprentice.

And more back on topic... How likely are we to get a boba fett from hot toys? Its pretty much a certain thing right? I have an offer for a modded SS boba with the total being about $265. Should I wait?

I think that Hot Toys will do it, but I doubt it will come out for a long time.

Yeah I doubt it will be their next announcement. And that next announcement prob won't release until next oct-dec. thanks for the advice guys

I'm quite sure it's one of the two ESB offerings, if that 11 figures quote is correct. I expect you'll see HT Boba Fett previewed before Dec 2015. Perhaps in-hand in Q3-4 2016.

I think it will pair nicely with Sideshow's Jango Fett.

Other than Vader, Fett seems to be the masses favorite bad guy.

Yeah that's what I was thinking. Honestly, I can wait til then. There will prob be a lot of improvements made from the SS Boba. I've seen a lot of complaints about his helmet and chest armor.

And I always preferred Jango. He wasn't a clone and didn't go out like a punk. I'll never get over him getting knocked into the sarlac by blind Han. :lol

The promise of Boba Fett from the early info you got from the Star Wars Club was the best part of Fett -- crazy weapons, a flame-thrower, a jetpack -- a real killer commando! It was all too good to be true. The tease of ESB was fun. But the ultimate payoff for that character reminds me of what people say about Grievous. Both Fett and Grievous film incarnations kind of sucked I guess. They are definitely characters people like outside of the films (other than their movie design).

Forgive me if this has been discussed already, but does this mean Hot Toys will be making their own R2 and 3PO, or should I just get the SS versions?

HT will almost certainly make its own version of the droids, but don't expect either any time soon.

Yeah they both have good back stories. Especially in Star Wars literature. I did like the way grievous went out. Kenobi picked him apart and then finally finished him off. Really well done fight.

And ROTS doesn't really tell you this, but grievous and Kenobi had a pseudo rivalry. At least on grievous's side. Grievous was there at the battle of geonosis in the shadows and he noticed the skill of Kenobi. Then the two fight repeatedly throughout the clone wars. Was a cool underlying plot thread.

I heard both droids will be previewed before Christmas 2014. :D

No, I'm not actually excited to read that. As far as I'm concerned, 3PO and R2 can be released AFTER the other 11 OT characters.
