1/6 Hot Toys - Star Wars: The Clone Wars - Anakin Skywalker (& STAP) Collectible Figure

Single figure. I’m running out of space and as cool as the STAP was, I was either going to 1) empty shelves out of a detolf, 2) stick it on a table in a basement, which would have led to 2a) my 2.5 year old son breaking it.

I don’t have room for the STAP either. I had the SS one and had to sell it due to space. Cool vehicle but limited display spots.

I may go ahead and order it thru SS then if they‘re shipping them out.

Was supposed to be delivered today but UPS apparently couldn’t be bothered to finish their route. Odd too since there was even a UPS truck that drove down my street at one point. Now I got to wait until Tuesday thanks to the holiday weekend. Getting real sick of paying more and more in shipping fees only to be getting slower and lesser service all the time.

Does anybody have any plans on how they're going to pose Anakin or do you normally decide when you have it in hand?

If the figure has pleather or rubber components, whatever pose isn’t going to wreck the figure over a long period of time.

So probably not on the STAP for long periods unfortunately.

Opened this up today and right out of the box one shoulder of the flexible armor was entirely unattached. Other side seems fine, guess the glue didn't take on one side. That's a bummer.

Mine arrived early yesterday and had a chance to unbox him after I got home from work. Great looking figure. Can’t wait for Ahsoka.

No clear time limit. Just takes you to a special link. Its nothing too exciting, figures that have been around for too long. I got one on each of the 3 figures that arrived this week.

Him and Maul arrived, not too excited for Maul, but Anakin is awesome.

Such a shame they wouldn't take advantage of this and put up General Kenobi too.

Also got one of those HT codes on both of the boxes, they don't expire until November, so I just saved them to my account. It can be used on any in-stock Hot Toys though, I could apply it to the TCW Maul right now and the recently in-stock Assault Tank Commander.

I’m predicting Kenobi will be this year’s ‘Toy Fairs’ exclusive. Seems silly to only put him up for another 2 year preorder when Anakin is already shipped. I suppose we’ll know soon enough next month.

Agreed! I got him with points on a whim and glad I did. He pops for sure.

I keep my figures in a Detolf in our basement office. Low humidity is key. You can always throw in a few of those moisture absorbers in the room or a dehumidifier if it’s really an issue.
