That is correct and also proves that the T-700 was never in the film. My point is geared towards proving what HT's and Play Mates both did it wrong. They made a T-800 covered in dried metal and labelled it a T-700, thats all. Maybe i'm wrong but this is the only way you can make sense of what HT's and Play Mates released.

My thought was the T-700 was supposed to play a role in the film, but was cut or altered (maybe the CG Arnold was originally just a T-700). But companies who were gearing up for the release were already to far into production to back out and just went ahead with the T-700
