I totally agree. When I saw the head in photos it did not do the mask justice. After havinf it in hand , it is accurate to scale everything about it is perfect. The 1 I got is pretty weathered and is pretty accurate to the movie. Do you also have a m r m head underneath it???

I tried it with the MRM head, and it looked great with the hair peeking out. But I only have one MRM sculpt, and didn't want to hide it behind the mask. So I used the mask over the HT slicked hair, and used the MRM for my DX head.

I sold off my BRJ a little while back, although I wish I kept the MRM mask.

Its a TT Narrow Shoulder , all the Jokers are

That's incorrect.

BR Joker has the Asian Truetype. It's the paler version of the normal Truetype, not Narrow Shoulder.

BR Joker was released before the Narrow Shoulder TT was released (which was in fact developed for the DX01, which was the first figure - Joker or otherwise - to feature the Narrow Shoulder TT).

While correct about the first 2 Jokers using a regular TT, didn't the first TDK Batman (MMS71) feature an early form of narrow shoulders, especially developed to better fit the suit?

OK, now that I'm confused, let me ask this: rather than trying to match the body, is there one that you folks works best with the BR outfit?

I believe the common consensus is that if you want to switch bodies, the narrow shoulder version is the best one. I never bothered to change mine as I thought the original body was fine, but you'll surely get a pic posted here that shows why the narrow shoulder one is an improvement.

Could be, I don't know enough to speculate on that point.

Well, the clothes were tailored and designed for a normal TT. So if I were in your position, I'd go with a normal TT.

My first Hot Toys purchase as well. :yess:

I have the MRM mask as well and it does look nice in hand... (although my paint is chipping and the elastic strap came off the back :slap)

Is that really an issue?:dunno Look at that screen shot you just posted.

my BR jokers leg broke a few months back so i got the narrow shoulder TT but i liked the normal one better.

i didn't know i could do that thanks.

If you don't mind doing some surgery, it's very easy. Just pull the screw plugs on the back of the figure and take the screws out. Plus, IF the legs are different (which I don't think they are), you can always just steal a knee or whatever.
Just don't be scared to do it. I undernd these things are expensive and shouldn't break in the first place, but it can be saved.

I think some people get overly nervous to do the most simplist of mods.

Yeah, I used to all of the time, but screw it. These things shouldn't break in the first place, but if they do, you shouldn't let it go to waste either.
