I hope they improved the shouting face plate though, the DX12 one didnt really look like christian bale's mouth...

The stock DX12 doesn't look Bale period, all face plates are not great. Robbie's one is the only one that looks like Bale, the frowning face plate is decent but doesn't look like Bale.

And was too protruding. I think they made a huge mistake with providing the smirking "gay,girly"face plate to be honest.

I wonder if that term will catch on. Yeah I think most people want to know WTF was Hot Toys thinking making that faceplate?

When does Batman smile like that whilst in his cowl in any of the Nolan movies...? I cant remember 1 scene where he has such a smirk.

According to sideshow he will be released in July. That pic is an old pic I believe one of the promo pics. That pic does raise some questions though, if Hot Toys does not have the license for TDK at 1/4 scale, how can they release a 1/4 scale Bank Robber Joker mask?

The official release as far as asia (China,Japan) is concerned has been moved to late june, early july. Pain in the *** if you ask me, i pre ordered it December 2012!! Now after i get this guy im gonna be dying for the 1/4 scale Man Of Steel figure. Im keeping $500 to 1 side just for him (hopefully it will be around that price, as this Bats is)

Left is Mark 7 Avengers Tony Stark and right is 1/4 scale Bruce Wayne. The hair looks like it anyway...

Hair seems too long for stark, especially in the sideburns. And it came with the caption "Rises"

True. No idea, unless it is just an early teaser for it a cuple weeks before official release. Theres many people who arnt even aware of a 1/4 scale Batman by Hot Toys lol so maybe theyr building a hype...

Part of me was thinking it wasn't Bale just b/c Plastic Enemies also put "Rise" when the Tron legacy Lightcycle was being teased before release.

Lol yep i knew 1 was Tony sculpt but thought the "Rises" caption was definitly a Batman reference, stupid plastic enemies!! So is 1/4 Bats releasing july in europe or asia?? Coz im sure asia gets all figures first. And thats where my bats is coming from
