I got tired of waiting on this figure. Just canceled my three preorders and I will stick with my Enterbay 1/4 bats. Maybe if I wait long of enough, Robert Downey Jr. will take over the role of Batman and then Hot Toys will pull their head out their *** and produce every known figure that is Batman

Yeah, I am a big Batman fan but I cannot take this anymore! I used to have the DX 12, DX 02, MMS 71, but nothing right now holds a candle to the Enterbay 1/4 Batman. I want to like Hot Toys but everything with them is too much Iron Man.

Right now my collection is down to a Movie Replica of the Dark Knight Rises full size cowl, one Enterbay 1/4 batman and that is it. I still have a $1500.00 store credit with BBTS, so if and when the Hot Toys 1/4 scale figure comes out and blows my mind, then I might consider getting one, or one off of evilbay.

I sold a bunch of my Terminator Salvation John Connors, a Sideshow Aragorn, and various other 1/6, 1/4 figures to them and they gave me store credit over the course of time. I just keep waiting for that ultimate batman figure to show up, but still undecided. I also keep the store credit that high, because I have a huge house to maintain 5000sq.ft, plus a family of six, this way I am not running up credit cards or dipping into the family budget! Just waiting for some big Batman item to blow it on!

I must say that I don't understand this. Not because you got tired of waiting, I get that, but the fact of the matter is that Enterbay took just as long, if not longer. I know this because, like you, I got sick and tired of waiting. Except that Bill incessantly "teased" his products with stupid blurry iPhone shots, the backs of the figure's head, etc.

I know this because, like you, I got sick and tired of waiting. Except that Bill incessantly "teased" his products with stupid blurry iPhone shots, the backs of the figure's head, etc.

I guess what I am burned out is when I get a batman figure it looks like it is the best at the time, like the DX 02. Then when you think that they can't top it, the DX 12 comes out. And then on the promo shots of the QS-001 it makes the DX 12 look like a kids toy. I don't know but when you look at the Enterbay Batman it looks dead on like Bale. Maybe if Hot Toys would get their ****together the first time around, then it would benefit all of us. But sadly, the bottom line is Hot Toys keeps making new versions of the same line and we like sheep keep giving them our money. So, until some one or if Hot Toys can make a definitive Batman, I will keep holding out.

The fact of the matter is that, outside of a few minor issues like cowl shape, this thing is about as definitive as it's going to get, providing the BW head and the third faceplate are up to snuff. They've included every accessory possible, and the body and suit are probably the most accurate a TDK suit has been in any scale. I'm all for *****ing when Howard ****s up; Arkham, for example, but this thing is a home run.

There's no way I would cancel this. I'd wait another year if I had too. I agree hot toys is kind of riding the iron man gravy train but to compare to enterbay I just ludacris. Hot toys still makes other licenses, majorit lately have been iron man but there are plenty of other releases and pics on their facebook. What's been on enterbays facebook for like SIX MONTHS? MBA figures! Where's the t1000? They cancelled Django. Hot toys is still the best company and gives us the biggest variety by far. So I'll be buying this and the iron man stuff.
