Did you also notice he has pegs instead of wrists?
That's the price to pay for having some movement on your figure, it doesn't take away from the quality of the sculpt.

The Medicom sculpt got the shape right and it has good articulation.

The shape IS right on the QS001.
As "Double J" mentioned, unless you have a statue compromises have to be made, it's the case on all figures including the Medicom.

Got my Exclusive yesterday off of my waitlist conversion.

I noticed that the tape on the figure box had been sliced opened and both the sonar head and the EMP gun were missing the plastic battery tab. They both light up ok and I didn't notice any issues with the figure or the accessories but now I am concerned that it was a return and Sideshow either replaced something and resold it as a new item or maybe checked them before shipping. I haven't seen any issues with the lights though.

Think I will send them an e-mail with my concerns and see what they say.

That's a shame to hear. My EX that converted last week and arrived on Friday was flawless, looked brand new, nothing tampered with. Contact them, hopefully they will have an explanation or perhaps exchange it for you?

after paying customs charges...

Once i opened the box, i already forgot about it.
This figure is incredible
I'm now a 100% fan of the Bale sculpt, so i will probably pose
him HK scene, with cowl in hand.

Fortunately for me I cannot get this figure for a reasonable cost anywhere... haha. I would buy it at retail... but some of the prices this thing is commanding as pure insanity.

At SSC it is was listed as $464.99 excluding shipping before it got sold out.

Well for the regular I am, yes. Just because it is sold out at SSC doesn't mean it is sold out everywhere in the US.

Well, the price was high from the start, then. Weird when you see most 1/6 take at least $200 from scalpers when released, that still seems to be in the $100 ballpark.
