Hate to ask how much you got for him.

$450. Less Ebay and paypal fees I made a little over $200.00
I already have the regular Mark VI so I'll use this money for something else.

So now that HT knows these sold out this quickly and are fetching big bucks...will they do a regular MMS release? Lots of Avengers excitement left in the months ahead with dvd/blu ray release....can't believe this will be the only MK VI release??

If thats true and sideshow only got a small amount, then its misleading for sideshow customers and they should be putting up the edition size available only through sideshow.... not impressed.

Was torn on whether to open it or not but I caved, I don't care about profit, this is my first Iron Man and I am getting all the other Avengers I want. Have to say, I felt a little sick when I heard something rattling round the box.....but it was the back leg plate had come off, thankfully it just went back on

Everything is perfect, its not as I imagined it, quite light? I expected a bit more weight to it and the lights for the arm are quite annoying as they seem to catch every time you move it. Still a great figure and impressed with the packaging and accessories, perfect for me to have a play around with. After getting this though I don't think I would fork out £200+ on another Iron Man unless they planned a DX version (or is there one? Or would they not do a DX IM?).

Oh and the choice of colour on the hand lights is a nice touch. One question though, is it possible to get the figure to hold the Iron Man mask? I love the Tony Stark head too much to not have it on but want the mask in his arm/hand!

The feet also are a bit dirtier on this one and it looks like the gold color is slightly darker on the avengers version and the Tony Stark head is more tan.

Thanks for the comparison. Oh man...just money making here by Hot Toys.

Would like to have a clean Mark IV but not at that price...

No plans for an IM DX version yet, but who know what could happen in future releases.

One question though, is it possible to get the figure to hold the Iron Man mask? I love the Tony Stark head too much to not have it on but want the mask in his arm/hand!

You mean something like this?

Just play around with the arm pose a little. It can be easly done. I have several HT IM figs posed with his mask/helmet at his side.

Aha, cheers! I just had a few different arm poses and found one that holds it nicely

....now to move it back to my shelf until I get a detolf lol

So I'm a little comfused?? It's prob already been mentioned,
But the promo pics show a clean suit light up base, but everyone's pics show battle scared suit with plain avengers base?.

The light up base was only with the 16 special editions they released?

As for suit, it comes with clean and slightly battle damaged.
