Oh not a problem - just tell SS next time to do a pack out before they ship out the figure. I just don't see why I have to pay $10 for that; if it was like $5, perhaps but just paying that much extra to protect the box doesn't seem worth it.

The brown boxes that HT uses don't seem that right either - it's not perfectly 'square' on the inside and can see it crumpling the HT figure boxes easily. I think it needs to be changed on HT and SS sides!

$10 is excessive for a cardboard box and some packing paper.
Since sideshows a major process of business includes shipping out goods, I would expect them to be much more careful with packing process.

I highly doubt they're charging us the actual costs of shipping either, so the extra they charge should go towards adequately packaging our orders for shipping.

They actually have heavily discounted shipping. Order anything Poly from them and its much cheaper shipped from them than anyone else. Its actually cheaper to order from them with no discount than at a retailer with a discount because of the cheaper shipping most of the time.

One of the pegs are the left arms armor was broken off in the arm, and the chest stayed dimly lit even when turned off. So it was wired wrong, I had to take the batteries out to get it to turn off.

Yeah, just depends on the issue/cost of returning the item I guess. I almost would have prefered to destroy it myself. I'm sure I could have put a use to some destroyed bits of armor

Yeah I guess so, and they want to be sure you're as legit as possible, and not parting out the defective body. Like I said, it's fine with me, just funny. lol. I'm doing b*tch slap Iron Man to pieces. Does have any advice? They say to put in a pillow case when destroying it. I figure I'll do that and hammer it. It just feels weird destroying something so expensive even though it's defective. Didn't you get a new body too Buttmunch?

I got a new im2 mark vi to trade for a mark iii battle damage or mech test. I already have the avengers mark vi.


Btw that dare devil custom isn't my cup of tea and wrong section. Guess like Ebay posting they just toss in words like iron man which has nothing to do with the listing and you see Thor.

Finally got mine!

Only nitpicks:
The waist mounted countermeasures pop up when you pose the legs. But they stay in when re-inserted.
The right shoulder air flap doesn't sit as flush as the left one.

Overall still a great figure and glad I didn't get a defective unit.
