I think you're talking about this one. It's pretty awesome and if I had the money for an extra Tumbler I'd make this display. I just couldn't bring myself to do it to a $500+ toy lol

I must have missed that display ? Must be great to be HT they just grab a knackered tumbler from the reject bin & wack it in a display that looks as if loads of thought went into it haha
Im the same mate i could not damage or dismantle anything for no apparent reason but i don't own a huge toy company ;)

Has anyone got the link to the Guy on facebook that modded the chassis on the pod so the wheels can rotate. I know loads & loads of posts back someone put a couple of pics up but will take ages to find them again

Just finished putting mine together, handle bars were a pain to figure out but thankfully found a super doopa hi-res pic on line which helped me out :yess:

2 down 2 to go :impatient: :lol

Looking good mate :hi5: did you have any issues or defects with your Pod? Like the tilted front wheel

Not that I can tell, it was obviously the very first thing I checked when I unboxed it :slap :lol

Thankfully though the front wheel appears as though it's flush which what it's sat on and almost totally aligned with the back one. I remember watching Neny Dee's review months ago and his looked all kinds of wrong :(

Yeah i got mine yesterday & it was pretty much 100% perfect tiny tiny tilt to the right if looking at it straight on very hard to notice, i was worried with reading all the stuff on here that people had found wrong with it. But im more than happy with it, Does look cool next to the Tumbler just need someone to pose on mine, wish the shops would hurry up & get the DX12 in

2 to go? jokes and bats?

Thanks, but it's a very low resolution pic..
to print it on a larger scale must not give a very good result?

the picture is 3206x2484, so its high res, maybe when I attach it, the resolution goes low.
If you PM your mail I can send you the original pic.

:lol nope..... the 89 Batmobile and the 66 Batmobile :yess:

ahhh jaja, nice! I'm getting the 89 batmobile too!, but not the 66 one... I'm really running out of space...
I'm still waiting for my batman, joker, bane, selina... :impatient:

They should still replace it for a crummy paint job. I'd email and find out. Do you have a picture of yours? The one I saw a while back the paint clump or whatever was on the bottom of the cannons and not a concern unless you were looking under the cannons.

It doesn't look too bad via the photos, but its definitely visible when looking. There is also some over-spray where the barrel meets the body itself, especially underneath.

Man I thought you were talking about overspray as in they spray in one spot to long and the paint runs and creates lines instead a smooth surface or clumps. What you have there I believe is on every new release of the Batpod. Mine has it hard core. I haven't though about repainting yet simply because it doesn't bother me as much when I think about it as winter residue like what you get on your car. I think even in the promo pics and on the box they are there. I'm sure the original release was different because the Batpod was never in the snow in The Dark Knight.

yep, I don't think thats a particular issue of your pod, It's the way the paint is applied on all of them... so you can repaint it or live with that, cause if you get another, it will be the same

Thanks guys, you put me at ease. I guess I never really looked at other models besides mine that closely. Now, when I removed it the engine cover came loose, but I still have the plastic wrapped around it. So I didn't remove it completely. Please tell me it snaps back on and I didn't break it . . .

has sideshow replied to any of regarding replacement, been 2 months since i got it and about a month or more since i asked a replacement,i was told i had to return mine, but after that they are not replying to any of my mails, talked to a rep on chat and said ashley hasnt been to the office for few days,
wonder if its true?
