Got mine today, Its freaking amazing. The pictures really don't give you a sense of scale its huge. I can't wait to get my DX12 in.No QC issues either, wheels are straight.

I know the feeling of unboxing your brand new Bat-Pod. So exciting! To bad I had to put mine back in the box. Still in the process of building my display coffee table. Soon though. My Timbler and and the Bat-Pod will be displayed.

Mine is in front of my TV currently, got a display in mind for it though once i get my dx12. Im going to put a floating shelf above my tv, Get a case big enough to fit the pod and batman stood over it, and going to put my TDK movie poster as the backdrop.

I'd love the Tumbler but its a question of space for me, i simply have no room for it so wouldn't be able to display it so i passed.Also im more of a batpod fan, just love the sleekness of its design.

The ikea 'lack' shelves seem like a great shelf mate especially if its high up, the fixings are hidden, so floating like you say. I'm not sure of the sizes though in order to fit the bat pod.

Also if you're going for a clear acrylic case get an led strip and put it behind the bottom back edge, it will light up all the edged of the case.

Yeah it will be a clear case, probs end up ordering from sorashop. Height it's roughly same height as the top shelf of a detolf maybe a little higher. I've got a detolf on either side of my Tv so the display will fill the space above my tv perfectly.

i've got a few floating shelves to chose from at work. They have been doing our break room up and have a few spare shelves left over. So they said i can nab one of my choosing andthe rest they'll return. They are all a decent length and depth too.

I'm going to move my batpod case onto a floating glass shelf later this year. That way you can see it from (almost) all angles

You can get floating ones with just a very thin aluminium bar where the shelf fixes to the wall. I'll be doing it whenever the '89 Batmobile arrives as the pod is on my biggest shelf at the moment. Then I will be officially out of space and will need to start converting the garden shed or something...

There is a thread about converting an Ikea Granas Coffee Table into a display case, its big enough for the Tumbler and Batpod incase you haven't seen it. Although ikea is sold out of them and i think discontinued so only way to get them is second hand or ebay and the likes.

Damnnn is there no way a courier would deliver one? I know my friend had an arcade machine delivered from a few hundred miles away that cost around £60, that thing was unmoveable! Guessing the glass will put couriers off though?
