The closest thing to it I suppose but the SS pose is more 'extreme', no?

Looks like we have another Star Photographer here. Congrats, David -- epic shots there. Now I want to see more. Lots more.

After a long wait, I can finally enjoy mine!
Solid effort from HT. I didn't do any mods at the moment as I only achieved this "iconic" pose, which doesn't need any: neck looks fine here.
I still have my Premium Format and I wish it could have the same HS...Hopefully, HT still have the 1/4 in their pipes.

Dude's almost 70 and people bust on him all the time (I've taken a swipe every now and then :monkey3), but the guy's still a pimp. :clap

The living, breathing embodiment of the American immigrant success story. One of our greatest entertainers. EVER. :duff

I just think he came along at the perfect time period for muscle bound heros. The 80's. If he was doing films of today he be all cgi'd up and his style of one liner quips and humour wouldn't work in this decade or any since the 90's.

Great timing is a factor in greatness, however. Much like how Pacino and DeNiro were perfect for the antihero roles of the 1970s. They'd probably have different careers if they were coming up in the '30s, or even today.

What would y'all say is Arnie's most timeless film, a film that teens today would watch and actually be into as a movie rather than something they can gather around and laugh at for the sake of being emo. I'm thinking Predator perhaps.

If there's one movie from Arnold's 80s repertoire that would be hard to laugh at for either effects (T1, Running Man), or dialogue (Conans, Red Sonja, Commando, T2), or story (Raw Deal, Twins), it would probably be Predator.

Total recall, True Lies or T2 for me. In any one of those 3 arnie's in his finest form.

Yeah it has more to do with Arnolds belief in himself, He set out to be the best bodybuilder in the world, which he accomplished. Then he said his bodybuilding career would lead onto him getting into Hollywood movies, which he achieved.

His life story is really quite inspiring. I think he proves that no matter what background you come, no matter how crazy your dreams are. If you have the will & spirit to make you dreams come true, then no one can hold you back.
Arnold Forever :woo
