ONE hawkeye toy is too many!!! lol. I love marvel to death but im sick of everyone now talking **** about spiderman and xmen (the franchises that made the superhero genre what it is today after batman, superman and blade) and praising the likes of Hawkeye, thor and loki and even ironman like they can do know wrong and make quality products since there under marvel. Xmen DoFP was better than half the marvel films that came in the past 2 yrs and yes I liked it better than winter soldier but thats just me. ( No hate for CA at all).
I love ironman and I think thor and Hawkeye are ok but putting them above an iconic group such as xmen that made marvel is silly.

Well, be prepared for TWO too many Hawkeyes, since I'm sure they'll make another one for Avengers 2. :lol And I'll be glad to get it, since I missed out on the first one, and I also like the added jacket for AOU.

While I'm disappointed that I won't be getting at least a couple X-Men figures from HT, I'll still happily own all of the upcoming The Winter Soldier releases, will be in as much as I can be for Avengers 2, and as well as for Cap 3. I'm absolutely loving the expansion of figures from the MCU, due to its massive success. My Phil Coulson figure remains one of my favorites. I love the MCU characters and I'm not going to let my frustration with the X-Men situation ruin that for me. :dunno

Spider-man's box office is on the decline, while X-Men is rising its reputation out of the mud that TLS and WO drowned it in. I enjoyed DOFP for what it is, but XFC was my X-Men movie, by far, enough to be in my top 5 comic book movies of all time, so please don't think I don't have any love for X-Men.

Ok then sorry. Haven't kept up with this thread as I'm not really interested in X-Men figures because they don't seem very interested in making them. ;)

We should close this thread. It brings nothing but sorrow and pain....:lol

If people were actually expecting Hot Toys to do the right thing and make a figure line we all really want, then they deserve it...

Keep your dreams exactly what they are .... Dreams... never hope, never aspire, and you will never be disappointed

:lol

This doesn't sound like HT issue more so a licensing issue......I learned long ago with Origins, Green Lantern then First Class not to go balls deep when hoping for figures or a movie license....while I am disappointed it's time to move on.....

Its a Disney asking Hot toys to not ask fox issue... nothing is stopping HT's except possible persuasions from Disney/Marvel

But yes, we should all move on with our lives :lurking

It does seem like Marvel is dicking around with merchandise to hurt Fox. As someone who loves DOFP and has seen it several times, it sucks to not be getting figures from it. I know I can and will be bashing a 70s Logan but I want more.

I tuned out of this thread, has there been some sort of confirmation that DOFP figures won't be made? Not even Wolverine?
