HT 14" Predator full spec and hi-res pics

Oh ok, now i see... but maybe it looks only like that, i hope so. It would be really bad because I would like to resculp the hole Armor and make a new one.

but this looks like carp. What's with the huge gap between spots in the center of the forehead? First thing out of the box is a full head repaint and quill job for this guy.

I wonder how easily removed the shoulder mount is to make put him in final battle mode.

If HT does a second version of this, and what are the chances they won't, what things do you think they'll change, or add?

The gap might be larger than it should be but not to a point it looks really bad. I'm quite happy with how the paint turned out on the head of this figure.

I believe the bio wires connect into the shoulder mount with the batter pack in the back of the chest armor, so I think the shoulder mount may be permanently attached to the rest of the armor.

I wouldn't put it past HT to do a BD version, but I really can't imagine what it would come with worthwhile outside of what's already with this figure.

the only thing that i dont like are the painted quills. something about it looks cheap. other than that awesome job.

I thought the paint would have been a little bit darker, i liked him more on the first promo pics from HT, but this is also ok.

Well, it would be ideal, but HT isn't better. They did it on the P1 bust, it was that way on the proto, so they for some reason believe it is how it should be.

Good point on the battery pack.

I'd love to see a battle damaged version (easy enough to make with this one) that comes with some skinned bodies. I'd buy another one for that (or just wait for eBay parts).

I think it's improved, the proto looked a little too on the black side, there should be an ammount of orange to it. I think the production paint job is better than the prototype.

I'd like those, but I imagine anyone who bought this figure would do the same, buy up the parted out items on eBay later as the figure itself would likely be no gain, we already have roaring mandible, a cool base. There's little to sell a second version with other than if folks miss out on it and I think it is still pretty available.

You're right. It is a consistant feature of the way they paint this guy.

Would it be wrong if I hoped this one took a full month for Toys2 to get? I am so far away from being able to afford this one and MUST have it.
