According to the SS booth, the Shadow predator is retailing for $225. Since this figure comes with much more accessories I'm going to guess it would be more than that. Still better than the $700 price tag on ebay.

I think Bale's dangerously thin physique in The Machinist is proof enough for me that he built up his body the old fashioned way. If he's committed to his craft so much that he'd put his health at risk, then I'd think he's determined enough to build muscle for a role. To say otherwise is both unfounded and shameful.
