Like I said when the proto pics were shown - the production paint is gonna be nowhere near the proto and so it appears. The JC Hong paint on the proto made the sculpt look even better than it is

Bale sculpt looks good to me...I think the camera flashes white out alot of subtle toning...

If you take a look at these pictures the sculpt looks great...I think the first 'in hand' photos always lower the expectations...

With some many pics of folks buy crap loads of Predators and Batmans, I am wondering if these will be that limited at all?

Unless the Cons HT stall folks over there just don't give a toss and will allow folks to buy 50 or more?!

actually, what happened was the folks at Toy Hunter established a one set (all 3 figures) per person rule, which was exploited by scalpers by hiring south Asian "workers" to CUT in line and basically took over more than half of the allotted quote, which was 600 sets. Then, the scalpers resold them at double even triple the retail price. Ya. the security and police at the Hong Kong anicon were completely useless in stopping people from cutting in line.

Whats so hard about making a velvet cape. Hot toys are cheap, they just want to reuse everything.
