Does the cowl head's neck seem pretty overly thick/wide to anyone else? I'm not talking just a hair, it just looks really odd to me. Maybe that's exactly how it was in the movie though. I just can't help but think it looks weird when I look at these pictures. Something seems pretty off about it. I just don't know if it's correct and just me, or wrong.

Here's a snag from OMG's photo. I've cropped and brightened it so the shape is easier to see. I know that first one is TDK version, just left it there anyway. I see fat neck in that photo. This look good to everyone else?

Well the cowl in the movie was pretty thick.

Yeah, that looks pretty close doesn't it? I just wasn't sure, and the movie stills I was finding weren't giving me very good comparisons.

That suit did have a much "fatter" neck than the TDK suit in the movie, though this figure might have a neck that is slightly too fat.

Honestly, I wish HT would have just re-sculpted the entire head since it looks pretty off in relation to the Imaresqd1 one.

I never noticed the cowl attaches to the clips holding the cape. I guess they can't really do that and us be able to remove the head for the Bale sculpt. I like the looks of it like that though.

CORRECTION: I'm seeing shots showing that's just the way it is supposed to be aligned. OC Batman posts show people doing that, so I bet I can achieve the zen of this once I get my figure (assuming I get my figure).

BTW.. I stiffed the joints on my Batman DX weeks ago.. and Man! He can achieve and keep more extreme poses than I could'nt imagine (specailly hip and knee joints)

Begins neck just looks too long to me. That's the only thing that bugs more than a head that's too small.


I'll definitely be doing a neck mod of some kind.

I agree.

The head overall has alot of flaws, but it will do for now, till adam releases his version.

But w/e its still a nice sculpt.
