The texture on the arms is great. Too bad they didn't do the same for the neck.

What kid didnt love Thriller?

My nephew who is 8 years old now loves it.

And if you collect The Dead line you can reproduce this...

I like the new sculpt much much better. It's got that sneaky look to it, like he was being around his chick in the video.

I totally agree, he has that mischievous look he had as he was dancing around his date.

Zombie head is the one I'd prefer. Also, wasn't he wearing a letter jacket when he had the cat head?

That Letterman Jacket would've been awesome.

He had a little smirk on his face for the better part of the video when he was with his girl so the smirk sculpt is more accurate than the stern one. Plus it looks more similar to the expression on the cover of the Thriller album.

I just watched the video and yeah, he's smiling constantly, he only stops smiling when he becomes a Zombie and does the choreagraphed dance.

...Smile Sculpt - I hope HT confirms which they'll use but it's now looking like the Proto Sculpt with inapproriate expression for Thriller

Watch the video again P, I guarantee you'll change your mind.

Michael does smile a lot in the video. You can tell he was having a good time. I think HT nailed this figure.

I could imagine it after how well the original has done. Theres likely to be more of these made though I would think.

Finally placed my PO. I'm pretty pleased with how the figure looks....I like the smiling sculpt but would have liked to have the addition of the original sculpt aswell. I also like the addition of the pants and shoes..I think it's just HT's way to let you bash a "live performance" version if you have the Billie Jean ver which I may plan on doing with mine

I heard toys2 has another shipping option but doesn't list them.
I can only see Canada Post Xpresspost USA - $27.22 which is too high for me.

I wonder if hot toys will be planning on releasing some bodies now. Since its likely they would sell very well. They probably would of without this figure anyway.

I have to believe there's some plan to sell extra bodies. There's no reason to include a full second outfit otherwise.

hot toys are pretty awesome to include another full outfit. They had a pretty good opportunity there to make alot of people buy two for what they wanted on their shelf.
Ecspecially since alot of non hot toys collectors and just general MJ fans will probably be buying this.
