Maybe HT has another version planned!? MJ in that Varsity coat with a normal head + the Werewolf head and hands.

That was my idea too, but the grin bugs me that way. I wonder how hard it will be to successfully resculpt the mouth with a teeth baring smile.

I probably would put the zombie head on the thriller MJ, while the smiling sculpt on my billie jean MJ. At least with the fedora it won't be half as bad.

I don't know, I think he looks great in the thriller attire, but I would love to see him displayed in his Motown attire more, complete with a really cool custom made glove. I would buy this figure for the head sculpt, and body and see if I could buy some additional clothes elsewhere to dress him to my liking.

Watching MJ's funeral on CNN live right now..

It's nice to know he can rest now, but it's also sad too. Being locked away where no one but the family or relatives of the other stars buried there can visit him, just seems like a somber end.

Nah.. I think MJ can finally rest in peace now. He has had enough of attention from the public when he was alive, be it the good ones as well as the bad ones. I think he don't need crowds of fans and papparazis flocking the cemetary.

I got all of the figs I wanted this year (dutch, mark 1, vader and connor) so this was a pleasant surprise, as I never expect HT to produce this so soon! This one most certainly take the crown!

I think HT also realized that they do need to throw these out in the market asap, before the MJ hype died down in the masses.

I hope this one comes sooner than later. Definitely my most anticipated figure, but from Hot Toys perspective, the sooner they get this out, the more money they can make from interest due to his death.

People are fickle, and have short time horizons. The longer this takes to come out, the more pre-order cancellations they will see, methinks, as Jackson fades from the mass public consciousness.

I've said it for years, a zombie MJ is my most-wanted figure. I've planned many times to do a custom and I had started on one when HT announced theirs.

I can't wait!
