To be fair guys, his listing has been there for quite some time. I've seen it way back about a month or two ago when I first got my HT original pred.

Also, I'm sure any predator 1 buff would have a certain degree of taste or perfectionism to be able to tell the difference between TD's mask and ashkanl's. I personally chose TD's due the the detail on the paint (though IMO the 3 tubes are kind of too long and they stand out too much out of his dreads). So it's up the society here to decide which would suit their own preferences.

I'm sure ashkanl didn't post here to let this thread know that he was openly competing against TD nor was he discriminating TD's work.

According to taylerdurdem, ashkanls ordered an unpainted bio from him a while back as well. Why would he do so if he could come up with his own creation? Plus, ashkanls has admitted he bought the mask. Read below:

This is the best pred but with the worst mask. I bought the custom helmet and altered it.

so you can have many variations. these mask broken ... I think you should add smaller details. with cutter
and painting a little dirty in the broken area
I acknowledge that the paint on my mask I offer terminated. much can be improved

So please viruz, don't create confusion if you don't have the facts straight.

The thing is that ashkanls should've at least contacted taylerdurdem and asked for his permission to resell his mask. That would've been the right thing to do.
And yes, some will argue that taylerdurdem doesn't have license rights to sell Predator stuff, but so does everyone in the customs thread making unlicensed headsculpts, yet their creations are not being recasted by other members (at least not in their face) and there's a sense of respect towards their work.

Removing the eBay listing would be extreme. He could perhaps give credit to tayler. Either way, I do think both of them could come into an agreement, especially since ash is also offering something different with the BD one. If tayler wouldn't mind what ash has done, then neither should we.

lol I have a clothing line in the US. I cant stop anyone in China or spain from taking my art, altering it and re selling. Also neither one of us owns PREDATOR. There are a million and one things wrong with this world from the kurupt judicial system that cost my pops $2.5 million in a class action laawsuit because Valero bought the judge. The gulf is poisioned for the next 100 years. 40% of that oil has evaporated and will be rained down on us within the next 6 months. 3 of you are worried about this?

Is Tyler selling his on ebay? I havent seen it so its fair to say that he is only selling on this site.
