So I have to say first that I've been checking out this thread and the work you Freaks have done to the P1 is AMAZING, to say the absolute least.

I recently finished taking photos of mine and thought I would share, but he's all stock!

Maybe it will serve as a good comparison this deep in the thread for anyone that wants to see what some of the customs look like vs a stock version.

Hold out for Classic and buy the extras you need to turn him into P1 off eBay.

Check eBay. I wouldn't wait too long these guys will keep going up for awhile. Don't be surprised to see these up near or even surpass Elder from Predator 2 someday.

This will be reissued soon, with new upgraded muscle body. So I wouldnt count on the price increase anytime soon.

Remember any new issue is a reissue, the original Hot Toys released Predator will remain the only one that truly completes the Hot Toys Predator Original collection.

I love TD's bio (which I own two of), but what I love about baloo's are the sharp edges. Especially the areas I've circled on one of TD's bios.
I like how low the laser housing of the bio goes to the back of the dome and how it has that sharp curvature to the front. There is also something sexy about the curves on the snout. It is also cleaner on the cable side of the bio. Not putting TD's down, but just some of the things I really love on baloo's bio. And this is TD's second version his third has been improved.

I have a feeling that when they do release the classic it will be radically different (broken mask, battle damage, possible blood painted on the figure. It will be different and your right DutchAzlon this will be the only True Predator 1.

, the more I think about it that's what I think they'll do too.

It may momentarily drop some interest in the P1 but I don't believe it will replace it or drop it's value in the long run.

Gotta agree. I do look forward to a Classic Predator myself but I expect a completely different design. Shorter Pred with wider body. Wider bio with BD. I dunno. We'll see what HT will do.
