HT P1, The Ultimate Predator?

These past couple days, I've really been considering selling my entire Pred collection since I'm trying to get something BIG for the summer. I think I'll only keep my P2, Scar, & Wolf and the upcoming P1. Whats a good asking price for a lot that would have a Scar, Chopper, Cleaner, Elder AvP Pred, Lostie, and Elder P2 :monkey2

All would have their original boxes except Chopper

I agree with you that the P1 is probably the best Predator and the only one I really want. My motto as far as collecting is concerned is to keep things simple and not too many of the same characters so I'd keep P2 Elder and the Predator 2 and sell the rest.

you could EASILY charge and probably get $1000 AT LEAST for that lot! me-id charge more-if i had them to sell!! take in consideration what they go for on ebay individually! if i got an elder for £200 of the bay (which is double what it cost when released) i would consider that a great price but ive seen them go for much more too! all depends what kind of profit u want to make i suppose! double or triple what you paid for them in 1st place!?!?!

I was thinking about putting a BIN price of $1,500 which I think is very fair. I'd rather sell it to a boardie though so I can avoid eBay fee's. Still comtemplating it though

Awww man Verbel, that sucks that you are selling them. You should definately keep the P2 Elder though.

This "moveable eyes" concept adds a whole realm of possibilities to the DX series... let me throw something out there - instead of eyes, perhaps poseable mandibles? I know THAT's a stretch... but after seeing the moving eyes concept I don't even know what to expect...

& for an ALIEN in DX Fashion, we get an opening/closing "inner-jaw" - & maybe even spreading "lips" - just a very complex, improved "jaw-operation" system on the ALIENS would make sense.
The mandibles for the Preds is probably a lost cause... maybe they could sculpt multiple heads, though? 'Stead of switching out the mandibles, switching heads? How about a light-up self-destruct "gauntlet"? Just throwing stuff around at this point...

I very much doubt we'll see DX's of the Pred or Alien...it's not like they can give a new bunch of accessories or added outfits like they did they Joker. Plus a DX Pred or Alien would be even more stupidly expensive. Moveable eyes/manidibles and new sculpts improved joints just isnt enough IMO to warrant a make-over. The Joker came with lots of extra stuff (ie clothes)

if i had them, id keep pred elder, pred 2, pred 1, wolf (any version), scar, chopper and scar. i wouldnt keep the ancients, their value is probably the highest its goin to be, so id sell em now, and machiko wasnt technically in any of the movies, but if they made a broken tusk which they never will, id keep her and tusk together displayed with the books. I dont know, having just predator 1 and thats it kinda sucks, im glad i got wolf and pred 2 as well because those are the most important preds in my opinion.

For the people like me

who never bought a Scar or Celtic at retail cost, wouldn't mind. They can always redo the head/dreads and fix up the armor. I would buy for sure.. I'm a sucker for Preds

Well, I'm really wondering what they'll announce for Giger's ALIEN. I feel like w/ the 30th anniversary comin' 'round the corner they might do something crazy (let's put it this way: Hot Toys is out to beat, and nearly insult, the competition - i.e. their Joker vs. DC Direct's? No contest, even w/ the extra money, & it's still reasonable if you compare it to Medicom's prices...)

Hot Toys can justify a lot of prices if you're comparing them to Medi.

Admittedly, they're using their profits and popularity to make engineering marvels for the 1/6 collectors community, so I'm actually aware of and am OK with being suckered by them some.
ALIEN & accessories: Aliens Warrior arms, head, feet, and hands, multiple hand sculpts, detachable drool of some sort, An Egg (& maybe base) w/ Facehugger, a Bloody Chestburster and "clean" Chestburster, a "dissected" Facehugger... & JONES THE CAT!!! I almost forgot...:chew

The DX Queen could come w/ a "ravaged" Bishop or somethin'...
