Pred 1 got me addicted, but I cant afford any other predators since the only ones I'm interested in are from Predator 2. Also have Dutch, Big Chap and Dog Alien. But I got into this hobby a little late to get mot of the predators and aliens Hot Toys released, so wouldnt really call my self an addict but sure would love me some more preds

Just expensive grabbing previous releases (apart from Lost Pred who is still pretty reasonable, but he isnt very high on my priority list)

Yea Lost Pred is pretty much a background character. But you need to get a P2. Either one is fine. I got both and love them both. Just keep checking ebay and one day you may get lucky.

Thanks man!! Yup, that is my pulse rifle. I just got it the other day in a trade from marsattack. It used to be sold by Monsters in Motion as a kit that Mars put together and then replaced a lot of the parts with metal bits. He even added a working counter. They don't make anymore unfortunately, but you can maybe PM marsattack for more info.

When ever I find one at a decent price, I dont have the funds, when I do have to funds I cant find one with a decent price. About a month ago there was someone selling BD Pred 2, new in box, for a little over £200, which I would have been fine paying, but didnt have the money spare unfortunately

Like you say though, shall just have to keep a look out

Very cool score, bro! I remember checking out those PRs on MiM's site. Thought about buying one to build an airsoft version a while back, but then time constraints and (ahem) Hot Toys interceded... 'nuff said.

I did order one of HCG's hero PR replicas though, and will hopefully have that puppy in time for Dragon Con this summer. It also has some nice features, a metal shroud, moving parts, etc., but it's basically a wall-hanger, so I'm still interested in owning a "working" PR some day.

Someone is selling a BD P2 on the for sale thread. I think it's $300 USD which is just a tad bit over £200. Maybe u can check that one out? Just hope you don't get murdered on shipping.

I'm obsessed predator hot toys 1 mask .. just got a big cabezon.
and poorly adjusted.
I think that get cut. the mask hottoys

and I think it's as close to reality that I can get

I accept criticism ... if anyone sees anything I can improve. before making molds?

Wow, that mask looks amazing. My only criticism would be that because of how it is painted it looks very different from the rest of the armor, almost like it doesn't fit.

With the success of the Alien and Predator Diorama lines, will there be a move into individual dioramas of the same style from the AVP movies, because you could do all the variations of the xenomorph’s and predators. I personally would like to see the Celtic Predator from the first film and Wolf and the Hybrid from AVP-R. I think now would be a good time to continue these lines, especially with the upcoming “Aliens vs. Predator” game and the release of “Predators” this summer.

Very good suggestions, and we are thinking (and developing) on a similar track. The products we have in development will be complementary to the existing dio line but are evolving more in the way of maquette and statue type products (not all will be wall-mountable, for instance, which was the primary reason that we called those pieces dioramas). You’ll be seeing a lot more of the alien races from Sideshow in 2010.

I'm certain that Hot Toys plans on raking in the $$$ with figures from the new Predators movie. Especially if its a hit and there is a sequel.
