Went down to the local hobby shop, grass will be easy and cheap to put around.
Only $4 I guess it will do. Theres also other colors and styles.

I was extremely disappointed with the base as well but will be doing the same thing. It may actually make it look a little better than a sculpted base.

I bought some grass too, but it was OUTSIDE the hobby store from these two knuckleheads... I think that'll help the PF.

Watched Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back AND Dogma over the weekend as I picked them up at my friendly US Wal-mart in the $5 bin (inspired somewhat by the sometimes hilarious ramblings of the biographical Kevin Smith's My Boring @SS Life--- a gift-certificate Christmas present)... In fact I'm currently watching on my laptop the 10th Anniversary Extended Edition of Mallrats with the commentary-- funny stuff, but man is Mewes wasted (at the height of his use I believe)-- as I mark papers... makes the time go by quicker.

Enough of the Kevin Smith lovefest. He's a fat f... j/k

Back on track--- I can't wait to see how some of you guys are going to eventually display this bad boy when it starts shipping... The success or failure of this piece would seem to suggest what other pick ticket PF's may or may not be in development.

I am somewhat hesitant regarding the overall weight of the piece (but for fear of a Fett Fiasco, we'll leave it there), and the armor is already confirmed as being at least partially plastic; but I have the space, and with a retailer discount it is a keeper!

I don't know that I'd pay over $800 for this, but at roughly $685 shipped, it's a keeper. I'm gotta make an Ikea trip to get some more Detolfs and then I'll be moving some things around but this bad boy will be proudly displayed in my big glass case.

I've got mine on Flexpay and my first payment has been charged. Mine can't get here soon enough. I know I could probably save $150 by not going direct with Sideshow,,, but I can't wait to get this guy. Here's to hoping we'll get shipping notices by no later than the end of March. Until then,,, my theater room is feeling pretty incomplete.. Can't wait for the Speeder bike and Scout to sit on this table.
