good part is you can lose a few pounds a week by just walking to and from your car.

it's actually been fairly nice in florida. the humidity seems to have dropped over the past couple weeks. temps say 85-90 but it really doesn't feel that bad.

Yeah, I think I sweat out about 5 lbs going to get the mail on Saturday... to say nothing of what happened when I mowed the lawn yesterday.

My sister lives out in Santa Cruz, CA and is coming to visit next week...boy is she in for a surprise when she steps off the plane and the heat punches her in the face.

Having lived in Vegas in the past and now living here in Atlanta, I think I would rather take the straight dry heat than this damn hot, humid weather.

I have hiked in 125+ degree heat in Death Valley. It was nothing compared to this crap (because I was sure to stay hydrated).

Seriously, I'll never forget when a Park Ranger asked me to guess what the temperature was that day. I said, "Uh... probably about 90?" He looked at me like I was from Mars and said, "Son, it was reading 125... in the shade."
