Taking into account they have no other figure produced, it could be quite a stretch until they actually produce it, and we could discover a lot of quality fails.

No news on this guy? :impatient:

Not sure if I should splurge on an Iminime Neo head or hold out for something else.

This shows how difficult to get a licensed product moving

It isn't unlicensed yet, that's what they've been pursuing, license. Toys era will be getting knock on their door very soon.

Sometimes it all depends on how aggressive the IP lawyers are for the individual studios. Maybe WB's Legal Department is quicker with the cease and desist letters than Fox's.

Threezero license doesn't include actor likeness, hence they can only make machine

Where does that info come from? I've never heard of showing off product before trying to get a license. That's like spitting in the face of the HR head while applying for a job. Just really poor form and likely to piss the licensor off enough that they shut them down.

I'm interested in this product one way or the other, but if they're actually chasing a license, I have less faith it will ever get done than I did before.

Because it's been extremely long and yeah that was a wrong move on iconic toys end to put it bluntly. I just know haha, can't reveal too much that's all. What I'm trying to say is: it's not easy to make a licensed product.

Oh, I realize that. :) Which is why I said I have less faith. It's too many potential pitfalls. They can't very well go back to an unlicensed release if they get denied. That will just be the end of the product now that it's on the licensor's radar.

As far as I'm concerned this is unlicensed... It's called "The Savior". In the same vein as Magneto being called the Magtant. If they thought they had a chance of getting the likeness rights and license they wouldn't have revealed this yet.

Yeah because patient running thin and they ain't making any money since years ago
