Mine arrived directly from INART today as well. My box looks like it got shanked but luckily the inner box art wasn't damaged.
Exactly how my InArt Premium box arrived today.

The rooted head is absolutely stunning, but the sculpted masked head is equally impressive…

It is impressive. I showed my wife the sculpt. She hasn't a clue of what Dune is, and knew exactly what actor this was just from the eyes.

I also love how they did this sculpt for the moving eyes. The opening blends in well with the mask design.
 
WTF InArt! I paid for the Deluxe and they sent me the standard version. How good are they with fixing issues? Do I remove the shrinkwrap and inspect the content?
Shipper and contents box says Standard on it.

For those that ordered from InArt directly, was you order number on the shipping email the same as the order that you originally placed? My original order and shipping email had two different order numbers.

I just watched both movies over the last couple of days. What epic films they are. Looking forward to receiving mine.

It would be nothing short of awesome to have Chani but sadly I doubt we’ll ever see any other figures from this line.

Resolving this with IA has the potential to be a hassle with them making unreasonable suggestions like insisting you pay to return the standard to them or just accept a partial refund and then buy a new deluxe.
That wouldn’t be surprising, but hopefully they’re reasonable and helpful.

At that point you just put in a nice Paypal/Bank claim.

Anything other than full replacement with compensation is unacceptable. I don't want them to just send me a rooted head either because I want the deluxe box with the appropriate foam inserts and box labels.

To think I could've ordered standard, got a free upgrade and not deal with any of this gets me.... ****!

The order number for shipping was different than my original as well. I ordered the premium and fortunately got the premium.

Reach out to InArt and see how things go first. This is their first worldwide release, so we don't know how direct customer service will be yet. Unfortunately it seems just from here and Reddit, someone made a big mistake. This is probably the first release that both the Premium and Standard are in similar size boxes.

Although we could discuss the ethical implications of keeping the deluxe when you ordered the standard…

Should we have a moral obligation to notify someone, even a company of a mistake they’ve made if remaining quiet benefits us?
Would that expectation make for a better or worse society?
When is morality applicable?
Are guilt and shame not valuable tools for regulating social behaviour and enforcing moral standards?

Ah, let’s not.

It didn’t even occur to me that the packaging would be different too.
