The more accurate the better in my book. I wish all my statues looked like this. Getting the most accurate representation of movie based characters was the primary reason why I first started collecting. It’s also why I still collect Hot Toys alongside various statues from Prime 1 and Iron Studios.

If I bought this half the time i would have it under a blanket so it doesn't steal my soul...
and the other half of the time I would be desperately trying to stop myself from making out with it.

I dont normally buy busts but when i do its a ****ing perfectly rendered iconic superman “chest rip” made by Queen studios.

This bust is a masterpiece of epic proportions. I dont care if its movie based the realism is off the freaking charts; its literally the perfect representation of the character, albeit in a modern costume, in bust form capturing one of his signature actions in a way no other bust has done before. Maybe some day we will get a perfectly rendered comic book bust, id love that but it will be hard to achieve this level of realism, unless they were to base it on Alex Ross art. The likelihood we get another 1/1 icon comic chest rip bust is also low imo. I really hope they make a Reeve version or a keaton bats.

Who is stocking this though? Products from this studio seem to be hard to come by in Australia. Ordering from overseas is out of the question with the exchange rate, import tax and shipping costs.

I'm a bit Supes fan and this is such an awesome centrepiece to a collection.
