If a diecast version is released, it may not have all the accessories, in order to keep the cost down.. just saying.

I've been trying to get one of these for over a year now and can't seem to snag one for a reasonable price.
Maybe I'll just get Ultron instead -- gonna be the "silver robot" in the display to most anyway.
I think I'll pose him choking out Threepio.
Even if they do eventually make a die-cast mark 2, I doubt it will have the detail of this one... If anyone is selling theirs, let me know if you're not gonna gouge... Need to complete my War Machine/Rhodey timeline... Iron Man Mark 2, War Machine Mk1, Hot Rod, WM Mk2, Iron Patriot.

No. Hot Rod was the proto for the WM MKII that Tony made to make sure it would be fine for Rhodey. Then he made WM MKII. It's the reason there isn't a MKII in the HOA.
Are you sure? The MKII shows up in the Iron Man 3 prelude novel, in New York right after the Invasion event.
