Whose helmet? dog tags? We know who the helmet under his foot belong to, but I wonder where the others come from - if anything of importance at all.

Blue Helmet = United Nations. Fits with what we've seen of Mandarin being an Anarchist.

The Deep Space suit looks awesome. Only suit design I really like from this so far. The others seem tacky like they're just trying to pack in as many worthless suits as possible with each minor upgrade to his tech.
