"Out of replacements" or no longer accepting returns because they've given out the maximum number of return/exchange slips (to match the number of replacements they have set aside)?

I just spoke with them yesterday and they said they had no problems what so ever with replacement availability and thankfully I got my UPS "Return" slip today so I can send it back.

I think what happened is they're reached the maximum number accepted "return claims."

I don't get it, they can't mold out a few more ISM bodies? The same body being currently used for BnB? They don't have to send it in the BIG old ISM Box. Why they do that for replacements?
