What would be the difference? Either way it is the same result, they aren't replacing mine or others.

Well, I call tomorrow to clear this up.

I received an "OK" for an exchange this morning, and received a UPS shipping return label shortly after and yet, received no email saying "no more replacements" available. If that was the case, why would they even bother to send me a label if replacements were gone?

Hey chapter 2099 when did you notify them of the damage and what time did they give you the ok??

I sent in the request on Sunday. Received the "send pics" email Monday, and then received the UPS return label on Tuesday.

What I'm having trouble believing is that I could talk with them YESTERDAY (Monday) and less then 12 hours later, the replacements are gone?

I realize Natrix sent his 1:1 IM back and when they received it, the replacements were gone. But this comiquette JUST shipped out as off a week + ago.

The customer rep. I spoke with on Monday said replacements were given out as returns were received back at Sideshow in Cali. But my point is I don't think Sideshow will continue to give out return shipping labels when they know the number amount of replacements available and the number of replacement requests made. Thus, how could I received an OK for a replacement? Especially on a piece that's only been out for a week or so. I know I'm not clear, but does anyone kind of see my point here? :lol
 
Man from the getgo even when I called to report the damage I was given the "ill have to check if there are replacements" line and that was monday morning when I called. I sent out my email this morning and right before 5 they send me an email that they are out of replacements. I'm having a hard time buying that especially when the rep told me that they have only had a handful that had problems. Is they're favoritism going on here? Replacements being sent based on the pictures they receive. you know that statue is worse send him one, that statue aint bad offer him a refund. Its very possible that could be happening.

Since the SIM I have never had to send anything back. My experience that time was worry free when I received my replacement. I also had faith in Sideshow but today Im very disappointed. Well let me know what you find out. I replied to the email I received so hopefully I'll get some answers.

I've received my Iron Spidey Ex #92. No problem with the paint job, only problem is.. the spidey can't fit onto the base!!!
The leg peg of spidey can't seems to fit into the hole on the base... anyone with this problem?? Help? ;)

They had 1:1 IM busts left for replacements but they refused to ship me a replacement because they said I wouldn't be happy with any of them...big difference!

Then you are fine if you already have an RMA. All I was saying is that they are out of replacements already and not replacing anymore.

yeah, mine was really really tight going in, but once i got it started it slid in no problem.

others have also had the same problem.
