Trust me... I am the lucky one

When you are alone for a long time you tend to give up on love. But for me it was definitely worth the wait. :D

Ok....you are both lucky to have each other! I'm happy for you....really am!:D

And CM.....I've edited my post....sorry....just plain laziness......:lol

Wow, my thread has gone down the tubes.

Let's try this again. The idea of the thread was to tell stories related to toys that involve your significant other. I guess you can slam V-day all you want, but I would still like to hear some stories.

So, let's hit that reset button and try again.

PS. Here are some bunnies to brighten everyone's day.

:elefant :elefant :bunnydanc :bunnydanc :elefant :elefant

Hmmmm, you want us to write about stories related to toys and our significant other :lol

I have a feeling this thread will be in the Sandbox in about 15 minutes.

Sorry, some men don't need toys to satisfy our ladies. A long tongue and good technique work just fine :monkey5

Well if it's the sandbox, then I'll post this question here lol.

Of the gents who are receiving Jabba today, what's more desirable for you, diving into Jabba's box on V-Day, or your girl's?

Alright, maybe less than 15 minutes :monkey3

That's actually a good question. I guess it depends on how often you're getting it. I only get to see my girl once every week or two so I'd have to take the second one. Six months ago, I would've taken the first though.

I didn't even realize it was V day today until this thread. :rotfl :rotfl

My girlfriend doesn't care about this ***** and if she did she wouldn't be my girlfriend.

FU*K Valentines Day

WORD!!!!!!!!

My gift to my girlfriend is as easy as 1-2-3.

Step one cut a hole in a box.

Step two put my junk in that box.

Step three make her open the box.

Well for some people, it might take less work to get in Jabba's box ;)

Sorry you are so happy it makes me sick

Congrats though.

I would have to agree with you there Roranous. V-Day is just a Hallmark created holiday to sell candy, flowers, and cards. Women like it because they get to feel all special and all that crap; and guys like it because they get some. And believing anything otherwise is being ignorant. Come on, you all know I'm right.

Now that rant is over, I'm going to go cry in the corner and be all alone on V-Day...:monkey2 :monkey2 :emperor

I once had a threesome on Valentines Day.

The bad thing is that I was to drunk and high to really remember it:monkey4

I'm not a huge Valntines Day guy either... Hallmark crap is correct-o!

However... and this is a big however... my wife is into it. So I'm screwed. I got her a pink ipod shuffle (which she wants desperately) this year and am taking her to dinner tonight. That pretty much gets me off the hook for sure. I think I'll spring for flowers too... that always works.

If you love someone, you should show them everyday, not just Feb. 14.

AMEN, BRUTHA! Celebrate the special people in your life on any random day and not because the calendar, commercials, and all that crap out there says you should. That being said - now I'm gonna kick back and wait for the UPS man in my life to bring me an armful of Sideshow packages! :rotfl

Man I just don't understand why girls think that this is a day that they deserve expensive gifts for no damn reason. Sure express your love but why in the Hell do you need an iPod lady!?

You guys just hit on a key to marriage success. Not that it has to be big or expensive (because you can't put a price tag on love right?)... but a surprise gift every once and a while goes a loong way to keeping things spicy! I try and do it at least 5-6 times a year.

My wife is always like... "uhm what is this for?" I say... "It's just because I love you"... and she melts and all is good in the world. She thinks it's thoughtful and romantic. Two things many guys fail at for their ladies.

Just a tip from your friendly neighborhood swabie!

Woot!

Hey Roranous... no biggie but my wife doesn't NEED an ipod. Nor does she expect it. I got it because I wanted to.

P.S. Not to brag.. but nor is that an expensive gift with our income level.

:) :) :)

I was just making a point that you just made in your previous post. It shouldn't be about the day, the gift should not be an obligation. Valentine's Day is an obligation. If you do purchase your wife gifts, it shouldn't be because of this crappy holiday.

Oh and I can see how my original post may have come off as offensive. I realize that no one really needs an iPod. I was just being dramatic and trying to make my point seem more important.
