Well, if Alice Eve is playing either Carol Marcus or Dr. Dehner, it seems like the most likely villain would be Gary Mitchell. In "Where No Man has Gone Before", Mitchell refers to the blond lab technician he threw in Kirk's path and Kirk responds that he almost married her; obviously, Carol Marcus. It would only make sense that her character would be involved in the plot if Mitchell was the villain, even in an alternate timeline (I wonder how things might go differently for Kirk and Marcus this time round?). If she's playing Dr. Dehner, Mitchell is also the likely antagonist. The only other characters I could see her portraying would be Rand or Chapel, both of which seem like extreme long shots to me.

If this is true, I think it's how he'll be introduced initially, and there will be a surprise reveal later in the film telling us his true identity.
