Yep...I remember when the original Spidey Com was released and people were upset that it's total ES of 1900 ( reg-1250 and ex-650) was too high.......times have changed !!

I'd be nice if SS had the PO up for a specific amount of time then close it out, similar to what BD does.
I wonder how much they estimate over when they decide on their edition size. This will rival Batman #'s I think.

I was shocked to see how quickly DP reg sold out. Bats reg can't be too far behind him I suspect.

Yah, but DP is pretty hot right now and the fully sculpted PF turned out great. So that really helped fuel the reg. Bats been around for a while with delays. Maybe once we have him in hand the same will happen.

As long as the price on Spidey isn't to inflated I'll be ordering him, don't really care about es on this as I have yet to get him in my collection.

These big ES statues will sell out. It may take longer, but they will. I honestly think that ONCE IN HAND PICS come out of Batman the Reg will start to FLY off the SSC warehouse shelves similar to the way DeadPool and Poison Ivy Disappeared. Like Kinger said there are a LOT of new collectors looking to score their favorite characters. Batman will disappear quickly.

As for Spiderman, he will sell, and sell BIG. While many of the Vets don't NEED him, many are still saying they will buy him, and well many of the newbs are going to dive in head first to get him in their collection.

I saw it in person at SDCC. They are pretty noticeable. The paint app is really impressive especially the wall with the graffiti
