Mikey, as predicted that Leia looks great with Jabba. I wonder if the new SS Leia head would be the right scale to cast and work with that.... or if it'd be too big. Great pics though!

and Metaphorge, i hate you! lol... that's exactly what I was going to do with mine before I had to cancelo my Jabba, except I was going to sculpt them and cast them. Yours look GREAT though. I can't wait to see them with the full set up

I'm sure you'll end up with a Jabba set up eventually, hunky! I'm glad you're liking how mine is turning out.

Now that everything is mostly dry, I'm really pleased with how these are turning out.

The steps look awesome. I really wish I was technically savy enough to do something like that. I wouldnt mind making the archway into the palace, so Bubo can have something to guard.

Here's a little update on the hi-res background, I've finished texturing the scene, I have some rough shadows in just to distinguish the steps for now, I'll figure out the lighting for the scene later. Next step will be to add in the background elements (BBQ, various lights and panels on the wall, Jawa with Fan) then shadow and highlight the scene appropriately and should be done, sounds easy but there's still a fair ammount of work to be done, but it's coming.

looking very cool MF!!! but should ya put a 2D Jawa? looks like quite a few (me too) are planning on a Jawa figure.

Those are awesome Metaphorge! Could you tell us in detail how you made them - what materials you used, the construction of it, measurements, brand names of the materials and where you bought all the stuff. Ive got to make those.....they are awesome!

In some of the pictures posted in this thread, I see what appears to be a drinking glass/mug next to the plate of food on Jabba's Throne.. and some people have the frog-like snack in his right hand... did those items come with the Jabba & Throne displays.. or are those pieces from Hasbro sets that people are just adding to this set?

If these two pieces came with the Jabba/Throne, then SSC failed to put them in my boxes.

The drinking glass (if it's the one I'm thinking of) was the bonus exclusive accessory with the Inclusive version of Jabba available only at SSC.com. The bonus frog thing you speak of may be the "dwarf varactyl", which was the exclusive that came with the Inclusive version of the Salacious Crumb Creature Pack.

So, unless you ordered the "Inclusive" versions of these directly from SSC you're likely not missing anything.
