It’ll be open for preorder till production. Early preorder is for people who want a low edition number.

Ok the price is estimated at 1499 $ excluding shipping.
For me, it would be 1499 $+ 160 $ shipping + 20% VAT= 1992 $ ( 1850 € ).
Compared to the 590€ I paid for my HT… 3 times the price…
Puts things in perspective…
The gap is huge…

It’s bigger, more accurate, and a numbered limited edition.

It’s also several years after the Hot Toys version and everything is more expensive.

Stay strong.

Buy it. No regrets.

You got this.

Ok… so it’s time to rethink my entire collection and focus on one or two lines rather to try to make a mini museum of everything I liked as a child…
In a sense, it’s a way of cure and unload…

Need to see more pics though.

Yeah once they have pics up, you can make a final decision. And you’ll have plenty of time to think about it if you need to.

But it’s a good idea to carefully curate your collection based on what’s most important. I’ve stopped buying almost anything not Star Wars.

We only have finite time and space.

This looks fantastic, no question it will EASILY blow the HT version out of the water. That being said, I bought mine for about $380 few years after it came out and I think I'm happy with it. I can't honestly justify spending over 1.5k on an improved version.

Can't go for his 1/6 versions as much as I would like to. I'm hoping he does all of the vehicles in 1/12 so that I can get all of them that way. Save on space and also on the price.

I wish there were more options for high end 1/12 vehicles in general.
I agree. It's just not feasible to get all of these vehicles in 1/6 scale. Way too expensive and they take up way too much space. I would love a collection of these in 1/12.

Tumbler, 89 Batmobile, Batwing, Delorean, Ghostbusters, etc. Do them all in 1/12 so that they're more affordable and more viable to display somewhere. Ah well..maybe some day.

He called the response to the 1/12 products disappointing so I think he's been soured on that scale. I don't think a lot of people who said they'd buy them showed up in reality unfortunately.

Unlike the good people here, I think it's understandably harder to get people who are more casual and buy $20-30 figures at a time to commit to a big ticket item when they actually see the bill.

With a massive outpouring of demand, maybe he'll reconsider. And something as iconic as the '89 Batmobile hasn't been offered in the scale so more people might actually support it.

Which is gonna be trickier because the leaked McFarlane listings of an '89.
Then again, his '89 is gonna be 1/10 so *maybe* Joost will have better luck.
What would REALLY help is Mezco releasing that '89 Batman that's been stuck in limbo since 2019.

I for one am super excited for this Batmobile as I never bought the HT version. Also no place to really display this but I'll worry about that when its released.
