I’m more than satisfied with my full refund, still, doesn’t make me pleased with their QC and possible future purchases from them if I were to. I’m not hired by HT to talk in an unfavorable way, I just don’t like bad QC.

Or you could do both? Bring the issues to light for others to be aware of and also reach out for a resolution. And if a satisfactory resolution was provided or not, give that information as well? Just like how most do it here?

Saying not to bring up issues publicly and instead doing it discreetly (behind the scenes even just for the company's sake) or just blasting out the issues without seeking resolution make both actions seem disingenuous. Shill or thrill behavior was it?

This is just my opinion, Mr. Mom's current actions seem to be trying to get back at Jazzinc for all the flak thrown at him when he reviewed the sample. Not a good look to be honest especially how the newest videos seem were out of spite. However, I would also say to his credit, if those issues with the sample weren't brought up, would the option be even offered to back out with a full refund or would the buyer be stuck with eating the NRD or worse, just being caught off guard with said issues when the Batmobile is received with not much options left on the table if unsatisfied? I know Jazzinc will provide and ship replacement for defective parts as I have received them before but I can't say for the whole car unless there is significant damage to it.

You didn’t get a car, you didn’t have any issues with it, you got a full refund on a preorder, but you’re still not happy and still questioning QC on a model you didn’t even receive. Got it 🙄

This.

Very odd how hard people are working to tell him to just shut up about the issues and only tell Joost about it. Why would you not bring up the QC issues to the community the same way people do for INART and Hot Toys? What makes this so special?

He should be doing both though. Bring to light the issues you got with BOTH cars but also reach out to Joost to see if you can get it resolved. Then also mention to the community that he took care of it properly, if he does as he seems very open to doing so. If he doesn't, that's something that should be mentioned to the community as well. There's a middle ground here and yet many seem to be leaning hard in one direction.

So if Hot Toys puts out crap, example the delorean, it's ok to rant about. Jazzinc puts out a product with defects, don't post, reach out behind the scene so it doesn't hurt the company's reputation. Got it, now I know🙂
No offence, but nobody actually believes you have a defective JazzInc Batmobile - you came here from FB on Mommy’s Boy’s coattails, just to stir up hate. Your first ever post said you were unhappy and going to sell your JazzInc car, JazzInc replied offering you a full refund, essentially calling your bluff.

Nobody is saying not to reveal issues - what we are saying is there’s ways of doing it. By all means review the car , warts and all, but to simply slag off a company with increasingly unhinged YT videos is just ridiculous.

I have a two question. Did any reviewer signed an NDA? Did anyone received a batmobile already marked with marker/label as test batch/prototype?
No NDA signed. And the agreement to me at least was that if I wanted a replacement, I had to mark the box and the bottom side of the car in a silver sharpie to indicate it was a rejected test sample. At the time of writing this I already saw someone on a BST group selling their test sample and I know of another youtuber who sold his also. Keeping it or selling it wasn't discussed but since I and others could keep the test car I assumed anyone could do what they want with it since a replacement was on the way.
