Yeah, I'm not loving the majority of the expressions here :/

DeVito's Penguin is one of the most emotive villains--I would say his face is THE most expressive of the 90s villains.

When I think of the Returns Penguin, the following are probably the most iconic "images" that spring to mind (FOR ME).

His poster image, obviously:

"Rats with wings, do your thing!"

"Tragic irony, or poetic justice?"

"My nose could be gushing blood!"

"BATMAN?! ARGGHHHHHH!!!!!!"

"MY BABIES!!!!!"

I like #5 best for Mayor. #2 and #4 look the same to me.

Personally, I think one head should have a fiendish grin to show off those teeth, and then a 2nd head to be angry or grim -- maybe the "you don't think you'll win, do you?" expression for instance.

Joost also attached a video of a pop-out blade mechanism for one of the umbrellas

I need to see this video. That would be insane -- a working blade. I don't see how its possible. I think that may go the way of the real metal fingernails on Catwoman, but I love the effort.
