JazzInc - 1/6 scale Danny DeVito Penguin figure (Batman Returns)

Yeah, I'm not loving the majority of the expressions here :/

DeVito's Penguin is one of the most emotive villains--I would say his face is THE most expressive of the 90s villains.

When I think of the Returns Penguin, the following are probably the most iconic "images" that spring to mind (FOR ME).

His poster image, obviously:

"Rats with wings, do your thing!"

"Tragic irony, or poetic justice?"

"My nose could be gushing blood!"

"BATMAN?! ARGGHHHHHH!!!!!!"

"MY BABIES!!!!!"

I like #5 best for Mayor. #2 and #4 look the same to me.

Personally, I think one head should have a fiendish grin to show off those teeth, and then a 2nd head to be angry or grim -- maybe the "you don't think you'll win, do you?" expression for instance.

I need to see this video. That would be insane -- a working blade. I don't see how its possible. I think that may go the way of the real metal fingernails on Catwoman, but I love the effort.

I'm kinda shocked so many folks are clamoring for the Duckmobile lol. I think I could live without it tho. It was a funny scene in the film for sure but I'm not convinced a gigantic 1/6 scale yellow duck on wheels is the centerpiece I'm looking for in my display room.

Yes we will make a sewer version and a major version. So the two pack will be both. And the basic will have one headsculpt and the DX version of both will have several headsculpts and more accessories

If you get a chance post some film screenshots of the 'iconic' expressions. I'm sure it will help Jazzinc and other will be interested to see.

Captian Clown already covered two very nice ones in his post. I'd add an overly confident Mayoral public figure expression (slight warm yet sinister smirk), and a sad expression, which could work for the funeral scene and double for when he's about to die.

Here's a lot of screenshots that show his range and which expressions he uses most. From curious, to sad, to sinister, to pompous, to overjoyed. You'd be surprised how often he looks worried in the film.
